it offers good services.

The room we had was brand-new and complete with 2 single beds. the staff was very responsive, we greatly enjoyed them all. the breakfast was savory and had lots of food. the hotel was so close to the airport.

The staff are helpful, the hotel is absolutely amazing and with marvellous location right by international airport, the local train station and all public transports. This property offers brand-new and neat rooms with toileteries, double bed. The hotel has the restaurant at the lobby...

Our room itself was beautifully maintained in pathetic condition.

The location of this venue is ideal, being close to taxis for trips to Vellore and all public transportation options.

The bedsheets were not washed. The room was stinking. The toilets were not clean. The toilet shower was not working. The service was very bad. The person at the reception was very bad person and foul language.

The hotel was amazing, greatly enjoyed city view from our executive room. the staff was very responsive, as well as owner. - We ate at a good restaurant at the lobby. - It was neat and the bed was comfortable.

the location, close to the airport

The toilet tank was leaking. Bathroom tiles were stained and grimy. The worst issue was the bed was infested with hundreds of bed-bugs, which did not allow us to sleep at all. We checked out at the break of day.

I liked nothing in this hotel.I Arrived at 0030 night on 3rd/4th night and found nothing interesting. 1.Room 102 was full of "Bugs". 2.No welcome tea or paid tea, 3.I booked through my credit card and i had to pay again there and just going to check my Credit card account for double payment if there is. 4.No valid email,telephone number of owner etc who is responsible, 5.Total harresment. 6.I DO WILL NOT STAY IN FUTURE.

my recent stay in chennai was a disaster, but Mars Classic turned it all around. from the quiet room to the helpful staff arranging an early morning car, they exceeded my expectations. kudos!

Rooms were dirty; towels were of poor standard. Someone was knocking on the door at odd times; called the reception; they said that they will check. They did not revert back. Would never never recommend the same to any guest... Did not even provide drop to airport (even though was committed)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chennai. The location was perfect for us as it was very near to the airport, making our travel convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were also impressed with the hotel facilities provided. The breakfast served was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Honestly there is nothing you can like about this hotel except its proximity to Chennai airport.

This was probably the worst hotel we had during our stay in India. The price is too high and the cleanliness is really terrible. We only stayed in this hotel because we were leaving early in the morning from the airport otherwise I would look for another hotel. + they did not know that I had booked the hotel on Booked.net site....
